2 oz. gin

¾ oz. Rose’s lime juice

Tools: shaker, strainer

Garnish: lime wheel

Combine the gin and lime juice with ice in a shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.

Cheese pairing: blue cheese

1 ounce fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon simple syrup

2 ounces London Dry-style gin

Soda water, to top

Tools: Shaker, strainer

Garnish: Lemon wheel or wedge, for garnish

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, vigorously shake lemon juice, simple syrup and gin. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a wedge or wheel of lemon.

Cheese pairing: herbed goat cheese


2 tablespoons gin

2 tablespoons Campari

2 tablespoons sweet vermouth

Tools: Ice and a glass

Garnish: Orange Twist

Combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth in an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass; stir gently and garnish with an orange twist.
