1 pound minimum order. Slow smoked USDA Prime brisket smoked with pecan wood. Choice of lean or fatty slices.
1 lb. We smoke our shoulders for roughly 9 hours using only pecan wood in our offset smokers.
1 pound minimum. Locally made sausage. Hot link is spicy, we use a blend of ghost peppers, pork & seasonings. Our Oaxaca and jalapeño sausage is a more mild sausage with a great cheesy flavor! All sausages are smoked with pecan wood.

Enjoy our pecan smoked spare ribs. Rack is approximately 10-12 ribs.
