Slab Bacon (1lb)
A 9 day process including maple syrup in the cure, and smoked with cherry wood produces an amazing slightly sweet and salty bacon with pleasant smokiness. For slicing, we recommend cutting in half lengthwise then slicing to desired thickness. Pair with sliced tomatoes in season, some greens and a chunk of your favorite blue cheese for the best BLT salad. Also great in small dice, rendered for lardons to use in pastas and salads.
