Gyro, a marinated and herb-ed, lamb-and-beef mixture, broiled on a vertical rotisserie and halal, boneless, skinless chicken breast. Marinated in Aimee’s signature blend of lemon juice, pomegranate and turmeric, served on top of our mediterranean rice (basmati rice, with cardamom and turmeric), with side Greek salad( romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced English cucumbers, feta cheese, pepperoncini peppers, and kalmata olives, with a Greek dairy-free vinaigrette.
