Small Roasted Vegetables Pizza
An artisanal tradition — we make our dough from scratch in our kitchen every morning, then allow it to “rest” at a controlled temperature for 48 hours to develop optimal flavor and texture. Once proofed, stretched & finished with a blend of fresh toppings, our pizza is kissed by flames & cooked by the intense heat stored in the bricks of our oven. A blend of roasted peppers, eggplant, zucchini, garlic, black olives, pecorino Romano, caramelized onions, broccoli and mozzarella. Vegetarian.
