Chicken Tikka Masala (CTM)
Certainly the most famous of all curries! According to legend, a frustrated Scotsman who felt his chicken tikka was too dry to eat, asked the chef to make a “gravy” for his dish. Using a little ingenuity, the chef combined onion, garlic, heavy cream, and tomato soup to unwittingly create what is officially known today as “the national dish of Great Britain”. Ct ms is mild and creamy, with marinated chunks of skewered chicken, served with a bed of basmati rice and warm naan bread.
