Our spring mix is topped with avocado, zesty southwestern corn mix corn, red bell pepper, green onion and cilantro, artichoke hearts, carrots, peas, hand-sliced mushrooms, green onions, juicy grape tomatoes, bean mix and sunflower seeds. Served with our fat-free balsamic vinaigrette on the side and a side of our fresh-baked focaccia. Salad dressing may be tossed in, upon request.
