8 oz. signature beef patty, herb-roasted shiitake mushrooms, hon shimeji, and cremini, black truffle oil, smoked Gouda, onion jam, house aioli, and arugula. A blend of 3 cuts of beef - chuck, short-rib, and brisket are cooked to a medium temperature of 155 degrees. Served on fresh-baked artisan buns with a side of fresh house potato chips.
