We recommend this blend for espresso as it has excellent crema and it’s tasting notes of dark chocolate and caramel pair well with milk and nut milks for lattes. Certified organic and fair trade.
10 oz. This 100% Arabica shade grown coffee is sourced from family owned farms in the coffee region of Yirgacheffe, Southern Ethiopia, aka the birthplace of coffee. This medium roast has a complex aroma and is high in acidity, which is typical of African coffees. The mouthfeel is full bodied with fruity and floral tasting notes. Certified organic and fair trade.
