Cajun Calamari Salad
Gulf shores salads are always a fresh meal, served with a sweet corn muffin. Gulf shores do not use iceberg lettuce in its salads. Hand-cut calamari, battered and tossed in our blend of cajun seasonings, atop a bed of romaine, field greens and spinach with tomatoes, a blend of cheeses, red onions, cucumbers, and tomato basil wonton crisps. Served with our homemade cajun ranch dressing.
