Nicaragua Dark Roast
Surrounded by two mountain ranges, this rural region is home to waterfalls, lakes and nature reserves. The cool climate and mid-range altitude offer up a classic Nica coffee with a bright, citrus cup and mild acidity, while the darker roast we've put on it enhances the deeper aspects of the flavor.
For the coffee drinker who likes a bit of punch in their cup. Bold not burnt, strong not sour, this will open your mind to dark roasts. So good and smooth, we occasionally serve it as the house drip coffee in our San Clemente coffee shop.
Great in filter coffee makers, french press, or pourover and cold brew!<
