Sizzling fajitas (fa-hee-tas) are prepared in the traditional cooking style handed down for generations in Mexico. This traditional style has been refined and perfected by our chefs. Mushrooms, carrot, cauliflower, and all of the vegetables listed below. Marinated strips of beef, chicken, or shrimp grilled with fresh bell pepper, tomatoes, onions, and spices, then presented sizzling to your table. Served will guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, whole, refried or black beans, rice, and warm tortillas. Fajitas are eaten like a taco.
