German Chocolate Cake

We make our scratch german chocolate cake the traditional way, with egg yolks, butter, buttermilk, flour, sugar, and german chocolate folded into egg whites. We also cook our own icing, it has egg yolks, sugar, evaporated milk, milk, coconut, and pecans.
