Made with garlic and tomatoes from the garden during certain times of the year. The garlic was brought over from gubio, italy and had been grown by our family ever since.

Made fresh with homemade crust, and we take the time to let raise it twice for a special light and tasty crunch.

Shaved from top-round steak, we offer it plain, with our special sauce, or mexican for a unique spicy alternative.
