Vegetales Fajitas
Vegetables - broccoli, carrots, celery, mushrooms, tomatoes, and zucchini, fajitas are served over a bed of sauteed Spanish onions, green peppers, celery, and tomatoes. Accompanied with Mexican rice, refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and fresh flour tortillas. Garnished with cilantro and jalapeno.
