All-natural chicken (2 breasts, about 1.75 lbs)
Grass fed steak (1 full flank steak, 1.5 - 2 lbs)
Norwegian salmon (1 lb, 4 portions)
Uncured, all-natural bacon (1 lb)
Organic tofu, sesame & tamari marinated (1 lb)
How To: Refrigerate immediately, and always cook fully to a safe temperature! The salmon is frozen but it can easily be cooked from that state: just preheat your oven to 350 and cook for 10 minutes, top with lemon juice salt and pepper, and serve. The steak can be cut into 4 nice sized individual steaks, or cooked whole.
