Huaraches
Huaraches are like a pizza made of masa (cornmeal dough), piled high with topping and cooked on the griddle until crisp around the edges. At Monterrey, we top them with green salsa, cilantro, onions, lettuce, sour cream, and fresh cheese. Served with a side of rice. Choice of meats: steak, chicken, pastor, a la diablo, carnitas, chorizo, lengua or veggie (no meat).
