A layer of slow-cooked salted caramel with dry roasted cashews resting upon a white nougat layer, enveloped in a rich Belgian milk chocolate. Similar in some ways to the famous snickers (tm) bar, but way way better! Each bite will carry you away. The cashews add a wonderful soft crunch and add to the overall heartiness of the candy bar. you'll love it.

This indulgent two-layer candy bar has a slow-cooked soft caramel bottom with an old-fashioned homemade marshmallow on top. it is enrobed in a sweet dark chocolate and exquisitely decorated white & tan streaks. Gluten free, fair trade.

This is Konny's take on the classic flavor combination of coconuts & almonds made famous by the almond joy (r) bar. you'll find a much richer, deeper flavor with more coconut to savor. Here's how we did it. we start with unsweetened coconut and mix it with reduced coconut milk & sugar for a full day. then we add roasted, salted almonds and enrobe each little bar with a rich, dark chocolate. No corn syrup, no preservatives, no partially hydrogenated...you get the idea...no artificial anything.

Inspired by those other guys, we decided to make ours without corn syrup, preservatives or artificial ingredients. We start with powdered sugar, cream, vanilla, butter and peppermint oil. paired with a high quality dark chocolate with a good snap, these patties have a bright minty flavor that you can really savor. 6 patties per bag.

Dried mangos, apricots, pineapple wedges & apricots are generously covered in a 61% fairtrade dark chocolate. These are a wonderful, healthy snack anytime with a depth of flavor and bright fruitiness in each bite. 275g -9.5 oz bag.

We start by slow-cooking milk, cream, sugar and vanilla for over an hour to create a smooth textured soft caramel. Just before the pour we add soft butter and just the right amount of Mediterranean sea salt. This is Konny's "239" soft center caramel; rich, silky smooth and with an incredible depth of flavor. The caramel is then hand-cut into small squares. Each is dipped in Octaaf Callebaut's recipe 811 dark chocolate, direct from Belgium. The taste profile of this chocolate is full bodied with fine top notes, an extremely well-balanced chocolate taste, smooth cocoa body and a pleasant intensity. Approximately 15 pieces / box.

9 oz jar. this real caramel sauce is Konny's special "225" recipe. It contains only fresh cream, vanilla bean & sugar, slow-cooked to perfection. Use it in your morning coffee for a rich sweet taste, add it to your ice cream or use it on your pancake or waffles instead of syrup. Look in the store for caramel sauce and you'll find it's really corn syrup and artificial color. That's because real caramel sauce needs to be refrigerated and only lasts about a month grocery stores hate that. Treat yourself to the real thing! You won't believe the difference in taste and texture.
