Suea Rong Hai Korean Cut Short Ribs
Known as Crying Thaiger. This dish is primarily made with flank or skirt steak. We think it is even better to use Korean cut beef short ribs. Marinated with lime juice, palm sugar, fish sauce, white soy sauce, and ground pepper. Served with a side of stir-fried chili oil garlic bok choy and jasmine rice with Namchim chair-Dipping sauce, powdered chili, coconut palm sugar, roasted rice powder, lime juice, fish sauce.
