Baked to order Bavarian pretzel sticks served with bier cheese, Heidelberg mustard, and obadzda dip. obadzda dip is made with penn pilsner, brie, muenster, and cream cheese with spices.

Emerald Valley Artisans white cheddar cheese curds, tempura battered and served with Dijonnaise drizzle.
