Bun bo hue is a spicy noodle soup, originating from the imperial capital of hue, in central vietnam. This lemon grass based dish is admired for its balance of spicy, sour, salty and sweet flavor and was traditionally served to the royal court. Served with banana flowers, cabbage, jalapeno, and lime.
