Revolution Coffee

This coffee is picked from the high altitudes of Colombia and sent to a water processed decaffeination center. The caffeine is removed with an all water process that avoids the use of harmful chemicals usually used in the process. We then roast the coffee to a city roast. The final result is a nice medium bodied, low acidity cup with a great cocoa finish. 12 oz .

Grown in the high mountainous area of tana toraja and then wet hulled results in a full bodied, mild acidity, bright, and clean coffee. This coffee will really shine as a single origin espresso. 12 oz.

Comsa. Grown on an organic certified farm at high altitude under the canopy of shade trees and fair trade certified on top of that. We roast this coffee to a full city level to give it a nice medium body. It delivers a crisp, sweet and excellent balanced cup with a caramel finish. 12 oz.

A nice thick full body and low acidity make this a great coffee for French press brewing. We roast this coffee a little darker to a full city. 12 oz.
