Organic Fajita Seasoning
Use 1 tablespoon seasoning per 1 lb of meat or 1 teaspoon per 1 cup of beans or vegetables. To create a marinade, combine fajita seasoning with oil, lime juice and salt. Let the meat rest overnight, covered, in the refrigerator. Serve fajitas with warm tortillas, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese and lettuce. Ingredients: organic paprika, organic onion, organic garlic, organic black pepper, organic cumin, and organic oregano.
