Mole con Pollo
A traditional, authentic dish from the southeast part of Mexico its bliss is found in the sauce, which is a blend of deep-fried Mexican peppers, almonds, peanuts, raisins, cinnamon sticks, plantain, bread, sesame seeds and dark chocolate then smothered over a slowly-fired chicken breast, served with rice, beans and tortillas. Garnished with slices of onions and avocados.
