Milk Chocolate Seafoam
Fairy food, cinder toffee, honeycomb, törökméz, hokey pokey, dalgona? I had my first piece at a small candy shop in northern Michigan, so here in Old Town we're calling it Seafoam as I first learned it when I was 10 and finished that whole bag in a day. It’s a crunchy, caramelized savory confection that dissolves in your mouth as quickly as the chocolate that melts around it. Give it a try and you'll see why so many places gave it their own name and claim to be the honeycomb toffee capital of the world.
