Certified Green and farmed sustainably, this Cabernet from Lodi fills the palate with dark chocolate and raspberry with a velvety finish. This is a great pair for our tri-tip or ribeye steaks, or definitely easy drinking on its own.
Umani Ronchi, Montepulciano D'Abruzzo 2019
Montepulciano is one of the most wide spread indigenous varieties spread along the Adriactic side of the peninsula. The Umani Ronchi expression of this grape is one the features a fresh versatile wine; medium body, with dark fruit and balanced tannins on the palate. Aged in stainless steel. This is a red that pairs well with the majority of our menu. I love this especially with the spaghetti and meatballs with Amatriciana sauce.
Caparzo, Sangiovese - Toscana 2019
This Sangiovese sourced from three estates in the Toscana region gives off an intense ruby color. On the palate this full bodied wine is persistent with ripe blackberries and wild strawberries coupled with hints of vanilla and spice on the nose. Perfect to pair with our torchetti with Calabrese pork ragu, or our Marin Sun Farms pork chop.
Collavini, Pinot Grigio - Collio 2017
From the Collio region in Friuli Eugenio Collavini makes a beautiful terroir driven Pinot Grigio. Light and well balanced with citrus notes on the palate and a crisp mineral finish. Aged in stainless steel vats. Great with our stracciatella and pastas, or on its own outside in the sun.
Umani Ronchi, Villa Bianchi, Verdicchio - Marche 2019
From the Marche region in central Italy on the Adriatic side the Bianchi family makes a classic Verdicchio. Easy on the palate with notes of peach and almond with a little pear and citrus on the nose. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Fabulous especially with our cacio e pepe and spaghetti
