A personal favorite of the chef's. This warm and comforting chicken curry is made with soft chicken thighs, browned in a little olive oil with fresh onion and garlic. Then curried up to a warm, not hot traditional curry with delicious spices that include coriander, fenugreek, turmeric, cumin, nutmeg, cloves, red pepper, ginger, celery seed & bayleaf. The veggies you will find are peas, carrot & potato. Yum yum, is what you will say to our little 'secret' ingredients.
