Al pastor tacos (makes 6-8 tacos): what you will need: 1 lb pork stew meat (or ground turkey/beef); 1 oz pkg. la preferida organic al pastor taco seasoning; 2 tbsp olive oil; 2/3 cup water; corn tortillas; lime wedges; chopped cilantro; la preferida organic salsa verde. to make filling: in a large skillet, thoroughly cook meat. for more flavor allow meat to brown. stir in seasoning and mix well for about 30 seconds. add water and bring to a simmer. reduce heat, cook for 1 minute. to make tacos: serve on a warm tortilla. top with cilantro, salsa and a squeeze of lime. try with seafood, shrimp tacos al pastor!
