Ingredients: 2 lbs flank or skirt steak. 2 tbsp ziyad brand beef shawarma spice blend. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 2 cloves crushed garlic. 1 tsp salt. preparation: mix all ingredients together to create a marinade. rub marinade into meat. broil meat or grill meat until internal temperature of 145 degrees f. let the meat rest, covered with aluminum foil for 5 minutes before thinly slicing. enjoy!
