This hearty po'boy is loaded with fluffy scrambled eggs, can be made with your choice of any of our breakfast meats, and melted cheese-all piled high on a toasted French bread loaf. Can be served as a combo with golden hash brown or creamy grits & a drink choice for an additional fee. Big flavor, bold start-Louisiana style!
