Preparation for baking or airfrying: 1. pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees f. 2. empty contents of sachet into a mixing bowl. add 3/4 cup cold water, mix well and leave to stand for 10 mins. 3. use a spoon to shape around 12 golf ball-sized nuggets onto a lightly oiled baking sheet and cook for 18-20 mins. 4. for airfrying set to 375 degrees f, for 15 minutes, flipping after 10 minutes. fry: preparation for frying: 1. empty contents of sachet into a mixing bowl. add 3/4 cup of cold water, mix well and leave to stand for 3-4 mins. 2. spoon into golf-ball sized nuggets and fry in hot oil for 20-30 secs or until golden brown. 3. drain off excess oil and serve warm. store in a cool, dry place. best by: see base of carton.
