Kabobs are marinated in-house and grilled over an open flame upon order. PKG uses healthy proteins only: ABF chicken, beef, flat iron steak, sustainably raised Atlantic salmon, jumbo shrimp, and organic tofu. Entrees include choice of 2 sides.

PKG's salads feature fresh produce delivered regularly to our restaurants and then cut, prepared, and tossed upon order. Each salad includes homemade dressing made in-house daily with healthy, real ingredients. Salad trays feed 15-20 people.
