Peruvian Comfort Food

A sauté of onions, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions and french fries. Served with your choice of protein and garlic steamed rice. All saltados could be made with cabbage (col) or green beans (vainitas) instead (choices of white rice, brown rice or fried garlic rice).

Peruvian fried rice made with your choice of protein. Mixed with egg and green onions, cooked over high flame with soy sauce. (Add jalapeño).

Spaghetti sautéed with onions, tomatoes, red bell pepper, cilantro.
