Directions for use: Heating Instructions: Pan Fry: Spray skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat. Cook pork chops 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through cooking time. Grill: Grill pork chops over medium-high heat for 10 to 14 minutes or until heated through, turning once halfway through cooking.
