Billecart-Salmon Brut Nature Champagne (375 ml) is characterized by its bright and pure qualities. Crafted with 30% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and Grande Vallée de la Marne, 30% Chardonnay selected from premier Crus in the Champagne region, and 40% from Vallée de la Marne and southern slopes of Epernay, the champagne undergoes vinification in stainless steel tanks. It includes a significant portion of reserve wines, ranging between 50% to 60%. The ageing process on lees extends for 40 months, contributing to the complexity and depth of the champagne. It presents a pale gold appearance with ultra-fine, regular, and plentiful bubbles that rise in a disciplined manner. The aroma offers an authentic and nuanced seduction with a clear and exact maturity of vibrant aromatic profiles, including orchard fruits and fresh citrus, complemented by subtle notes reminiscent of pains au lait. On the palate, the champagne delivers an ample and harmonious experience with a deliciously chiseled mineral tension. The taste journey is marked by white flesh fruits and lime trees, culminating in a nicely rounded and lightly sparkling sensation.
