Our Crema Salvadoreña has a more robust, tangy flavor than our traditional Mexican-style sour cream, making it ideal for taking spicy dishes to a whole new level. Plus, it’s gluten-free and made with Grade “A” milk from cows not treated with rBST.
Ingredients: Cultured Pasteurized Grade A Cream and Milk, Whey Protein Concentrate, Sea Salt, Carrageenan, Potassium Sorbate (to Maintain Freshness), Xanthan Gum, Sodium Citrate, Annatto Extract (Color).
