Because we are very stubborn and strict when it comes to Shawarma. Therefore, we try to be accommodating with the fries. There's nothing special about our fries; we buy them ready-made from Restaurant Depot, pre-cut and half-fried. We cook them according to the package instructions and sell them, For sake of transparency; they will get soggy by the time they’re delivered.
