5 Casamigos Cocktails

WATERMELON MINT MARGARITA

2 oz. Casamigos Blanco

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Agave Nectar

4 Watermelon Chunks (1")

8–10 Mint Leaves

2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle fruit/herbs. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds. Fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with mint sprig and watermelon chunk on skewer.

CASA MICHELADA

1 oz. Casamigos Blanco

1 oz. Bloody Mary Mix

.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.25 oz. Worcester sauce

2 Dashes firewater bitters or 2 Serrano slices muddled

Half thick rim glass with sugar, salt, tajin (equal parts)

Combine ingredients into shaker except beer. Muddle serrano if not using firewater bitters. Dry shake (no ice). Fine strain into pint glass. Add 1 large ice block or 3–4 smaller ice cubes. Top off with Mexican beer.

PINEAPPLE CILANTRO MARGARITA

2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Sugarcane Syrup (Simple Syrup)

8–10 Cilantro Leaves

Optional: 1/2 Thick Rim Sugar, Cilantro Salt (equal parts)

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass. Add ice. Garnish with 2 pineapple leaves.

CASA BLOOD ORANGE

2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Blood Orange Juice

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Sugarcane Syrup (Simple Syrup)

2 Serrano Slices

1/2 Thick rim sugar, salt, tajin mixture (equal parts)

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle fruit. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds. Fine strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with blood orange wheel.

COCORITA

2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

1 oz. Real Coconut Puree

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds. Strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with lime wheel through skewer and sprinkle cinnamon over top.
