Tum Puu Pla Rah
Preserved crab & preserved fish – extra funk. Green papaya salad made with lime-fish sauce vinaigrette, garlic, bird-eye chili, tomatoes, green beans. All ingredients are pounded in a mortar and pestle. The result is a plate of refreshingly melded taste of spicy, tangy, salty, sweet and umami. Tastes great with sticky rice and pork rinds.
