Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook from frozen state. 1. Heat conventional oven to 350 degrees F. Leave lid on foil pan. 2. Place foil pan on baking sheet at least 6 inches from top of heating element. Oven roast until center of Turkey & Gravy registers 165 degrees F (about 2 to 2-1/4 hours). Do not broil. Take internal temperature by inserting a meat thermometer into center of Lean Turkey & Gravy. Do not microwave. For Extra Gravy: Blend 1 tablespoon flour with 1 cup water. Remove fully cooked Lean Turkey & Gravy from foil pan. Stir flour and water mixture into gravy in foil pan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
