What you need: 2 tbsp oil; 3 cups cooked rice; 1 packet seasoning; 1 tbsp soy sauce; 2 eggs beaten. optional ingredients: 1/2 cup meat of choice, cooked; 1/2 cup vegetables of choice, cooked. preparations: 1. over high heat, add oil to skillet and saute rice for 1-2 minutes. 2. stir in seasoning and soy sauce. 3. push rice to side add eggs, scramble, then stir into rice. 4. add any optional ingredients and saute for 1-2 more minutes.
