Beat on high speed 5 to 7 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally, until stiff peaks form. 2 Frost 13x9-inch cake, 8- or 9-inch 2-layer cake, 10-inch angel food cake or 4 dozen cupcakes. Store cake loosely covered.Betty's Tip: To frost 2-layer cake, brush crumbs from cake. Place 1 layer, top side down, on plate. Spread 1/2 cup frosting almost to edge.
