Ingredients: 6-8 pancakes: 1 cup of mix; 3/4 cup water; 12-16 pancakes: 2 cups of mix; 1-1/2 cups water; 18-22 pancakes: 3 cups of mix. 2-1/4 cups water. prep: the griddle by coating it with a little vegetable oil. heat it over medium-high heat, or turn your electric griddle to 375 degrees f. mix: your ingredients in a bowl until you get rid of any large lumps. your batter will be a little on the lumpy side. pour: on a little less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto your hot griddle. cook: 1-1/2 min on each side or until they're golden brown. enjoy! want waffles instead? makes 12 4x4 waffles. heat up your waffle iron. grab a large bowl and toss in: 2 cups pancake mix; 1-1/4 cups water; 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 egg. stir it up & get rid of any large lumps. bake them in the hot waffle iron until steaming stops & waffles are golden brown. tips: for thicker pancakes, use less water, for thinner use a little more. for pancakes a bite above the rest, let your prepped mix stand for 3 min. to open, lift tab.
