Stir fry: all you need: 2 tbsp. oil, 1 large onion cut into strips, 1 bell pepper cut into strips, 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves cut into strips, 1/3 cup water, 8 flour tortillas, 1 pkg. lawry's chicken fajitas spices & seasonings mix. makes 8 fajitas. heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. add onion and bell pepper. cook and stir until tender-crisp. remove from skillet. brown chicken in same skillet on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. stir in water and spices & seasoning mix. bring to boil. reduce heat. cook and stir 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. return vegetables to skillet; cook until heated through. spoon into warmed tortillas. serve with desired toppings. bonus tip: steak fajitas: prepare as directed using 1 lb. thinly sliced steak in place of the chicken.
