Get ready for the sweetest day of the summer! Not only will you learn all the ins and outs of making cake pops with Amy Gamlin, owner of Amy’s Cake Pop Shop, but you’ll also learn how to make macarons* by Liz McClure, owner of Liz McClure Macarons. We will start the day with Liz and learn all about macarons and each student will may 6-12 macarons depending on size. We will take a short lunch break so students are encouraged to bring a sack lunch or pick something up at Dierbergs before class. After lunch, Amy will teach all about cake pops and each student will make 6 cake pops in the flavor of their choice. Bottled water will be provided for all students. This is a very hands on class and you’ll leave with lots of sweet knowledge and goodies…that is if they don’t all get eaten in class! If the student is eight years old or older, they may be dropped off, but younger students we will require an adult to stay and assist. Everyone attending must have a ticket.
