Ingredients: Jasmine Rice.
Cooking instructions: thai jasmine rice does not need rinsing or soaking. combine in 3-quart saucepan, 2 cups water, 1 cup uncooked rice and if desired, 1 teaspoon salt. bring to boil. turn heat down low and cover with a lid. simmer 10-12 minutes, or until all water is absorbed and the rice is tender. remove from heat and allow the rice to sit (covered) for 5-10 minutes. fluff with fork and serve.
