Homemade Lepina Bread

Lepina bread is widely popular in Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia and Slovenia. It is a soft and fluffy flat bread that makes the perfect accompaniment to any meal. In Southern Europe Lapina is served with cevapi (minced meat), but you can easily serve it with various meats or vegetarian toppings. It is delicious with the dipping sauces or can be used as a sandwich bread.
