At our Milford, OH location we ship all over the country and the world. The cookies are baked to perfection, cooled, and sealed in proprietary bag. We have no preservatives in our cookies, so we freeze until they are shipped, picked up, or delivered locally. Pick the cookies you plan to eat and thaw to room temperature. Freeze the ones you will eat later. Order for local delivery 1 hour ahead of time if you want them already thawed and ready to eat, otherwise it typically takes 30 minutes to thaw to room temperature, which is how we recommend eating them. If you want to warm up using the microwave, do so in 10 second increments.
