Venetia: mix two parts caravella and one part vodka in a rocks glass over ice. top with tonic water and garnish with a twist. caravella limontini: mix one part caravella with three parts vodka. shake with ice; strain and pour into a martini glass. garnish with a lemon twist. serve chilled.
