Wok/skillet: ka-me noodles are quick and easy to prepare. heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil on high. add your favorite sauce and ka-me stir-fry noodles. cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. microwave: remove outer bag. pierce inner pouch several times. cook on high for 90 seconds. serve plain or with sliced meat, poultry, vegetables and sauce.
